Adults would like it too, but I think you're required to have a child with you to enter. I'd recommend this stop for children of all ages although it's probably easier for the more independent kids 3+ who will be able to reach the taller tables and gather their own supplies. During each 50-minute studio session, kids choose their own creative adventures. A nearby rubbish heap doesn’t faze this sunbather on a rocky shore. What to expect: If you are actually planning a trip down there and not just dropping by, be sure to check their website for session times. ![]() Their ice cream is fresh, comforting, and absolutely delectable. They offer a huge variety of homemade, unique flavors and generous scoops of ice cream for a very reasonable price. A greeter quickly said hello and explained that it is a FREE experience for the community provided by Hallmark. This is the absolute BEST ice cream in Kansas City. On Saturdays, maximum capacity is 25 kids + adults per group. Groups of 15 or more kids + adults must make a reservation. ![]() On our way to the Hallmark Visitor's Center, we found Kaleidoscope and the kids insisted we stop because it looked like so much fun inside. In addition to art-based fun, there are plenty of activities for little ones including climbing structures, photo kaleidoscope makers, and fun music just right. Limited walk-up spots are available but not guaranteed. ![]()
